equipment, we use Contex large format scanners that are the best in the industry. Unrolling and unfolding these
documents for use causes wear and tear, especially when they are not cataloged properly, causing you to dig through
a lot of them to find what you are looking for. Scanning and indexing will eliminate all of these previous scenarios.

- Documents from engineering C to E size (18" x 24" up to 36"
x 48")
- On-site or off-site services available, in some areas
- 300 dpi, black/white, color or greyscale scanning
- File renaming is logical based on drawing names or batches of drawings
- OCR to searchable pdf
- Flash drive or cloud service image delivery (not a cloud hosting service with
monthly fees, simply a method of delivery)
- Post scanning document destruction (no charge at some locations)
- Box pick up and return delivery of boxes or media choice
- Net-30 billing for most projects
- Company checks or CC accepted
